Our diagnostic / service call is $125, credited toward the repair when you proceed, and you always get a firm, itemized quote before any work begins. After-hours emergency calls carry an emergency rate, quoted up front.

When you call, it helps to have the equipment type, brand and model ready (the data plate is usually inside a door, behind the kick panel, or on the back or side), plus a short description of the symptom: box temperature, no ignition, won't reach frying temperature, dishmachine final-rinse too low, or an error code on the control. That lets us bring the right parts on the first visit and often resolve the repair the same day.
